K vyšetrovaniu Christiana Hornera sa po Formule 1 veľmi stručne vyjadrila aj Medzinárodná automobilová federácia. “V súvislosti s nezávislým vyšetrovaním, ktoré v súčasnosti vedie Red Bull GMbH, FIA zdôrazňuje, že kým nebude vyšetrovanie ukončené a známy jeho výsledok, nebude sa k nemu ďalej vyjadrovať. K vyšetrovaniu Christiana Hornera sa stručne vyjadrila aj samotná Formula 1. “Zaznamenali sme, že Red Bull začal nezávislé vyšetrovanie interných obvinení v pretekárskom tíme Red Bull Racing. Dúfame, že záležitosť bude objasnená čo najskôr po spravodlivom a dôkladnom procese. V tejto chvíli sa nebudeme ďalej vyjadrovať.”
